Here I am eating the most amazing and fresh fruit in Indonesia last summer.
I began the Spotted Apron blog as a way to keep track of my own recipes and share them with others. My goal is to cook and bake with local and fresh ingredients even though it doesn’t always happen (sometimes I just crave fresh strawberries in the middle of the winter). Most of what I have been making lately is also vegetarian because meat scares the me the crap out of me. You’ll also see plenty of desserts and sweets.
