Sorry for the lack of posts this week….It’s been pull-my-hair-out busy and I leave tomorrow for a trip to Maine. I promise a great post next week about my experience with cheese making and an amazing grilled margarita pizza that resulted.

I’m being defeated by cheesemaking! No such classes offered within 100+ miles of here and I’m wasting $8.00/gal. milk trying to learn on my own.

Hope you are having fun. I was checking in to see if you had posted any lovely food pictures and recipes. NPR’s splended table had an article on a Benedictine Nun from CT who got a Phd in Macro biology (I think it was) for her work with cheese cultures.
