i’d love to hear some suggestions about food/things to do in maine too, since i’m going there for a vacation next month!
I’m being defeated by cheesemaking! No such classes offered within 100+ miles of here and I’m wasting $8.00/gal. milk trying to learn on my own.

Hope you are having fun. I was checking in to see if you had posted any lovely food pictures and recipes. NPR’s splended table had an article on a Benedictine Nun from CT who got a Phd in Macro biology (I think it was) for her work with cheese cultures.
